Shay McMillion

Shay is originally from Brinkley, AR, but has had a Little Rock upbringing. She attributes her success to her humble beginnings. She obtained her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2019 and is a Spring 2018 initiate of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Of all of the titles that she holds, she is most proud to be a mother to her son, Deuce.

When asked why real estate? She stated, “There's nothing more important in life than home. It's more than just a roof over our heads, it's a safe space where we spend our time with the people we love. Purchasing a home is a great investment and I can't think of a more rewarding career than helping people to find their perfect home.”

With over 10 years of Customer Service experience and 6 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing, Shay brings a unique advantage to all of her clients. She is knowledgeable in all things Escrow, Loss Mitigation, and other Mortgage Servicing related topics.

Her ultimate goal is to provide her clients with a superior experience, while also educating them on the process of buying or selling a home, and what to expect after the purchase of their new home.
